The Legislative Committee monitors the Texas State Legislature when in session and identifies specific bills that may have direct or indirect impact on the operations of municipal building and development
Awards Committee
This committee, historically chaired by the Chapter’s most recent Past President, has the honor of selecting the annual Chapter award and scholarship winners from all nominations received.
Membership Committee
Without our members, the Chapter cannot succeed. The Membership Committee is responsible for maintaining, tracking and updating membership rosters and has a duty to actively seek out and recruit new
Education Training
Education and training are at the forefront of the Chapter’s overall goals. Ensuring code officials have the knowledge and skills to perform at their best is this committee’s sole responsibility.
Budget Committee
The Budget Committee, led by the Chapter’s Treasurer, tracks the Chapter’s revenue and expenses and ensures the Chapter’s budget is balanced. They also provide budget specific recommendations to the officers
